Welcome to Valenzo. This Shipping Policy describes how we process, ship, and deliver your orders. Please read carefully to know what to expect.
1. Order Processing & Handling Time

We typically process and prepare orders for shipment within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.

During high demand periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. If so, we will notify you.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping Regions & Estimated Delivery Times
We ship worldwide, with delivery times varying by region and shipping method selected. Below are estimated times:

These delivery time estimates begin after the order leaves our warehouse (i.e. post-processing). They are not guarantees and can be affected by customs, delays in transit, weather, or carrier issues.
3. Shipping Costs & Fees

Shipping fees depend on the destination, the weight and dimensions of the package, and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

You will see shipping charges in your cart before checking out.

We may offer free or discounted shipping for orders above a certain threshold (subject to region).

Additional fees (e.g. for remote delivery, large or bulky items, special handling) may apply; if so, we will notify you before shipping.
4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside your country (or outside your trade region), your package may incur import duties, taxes, customs fees, or handling charges. These are not included in the price unless explicitly stated.

You, as the recipient, are responsible for paying those import charges in your country.

If available, we may offer a “Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)” option at checkout, in which we collect and pay duties in advance for you.

Incomplete or inaccurate customs declarations may lead to delays or additional charges; we take care to prepare correct documentation.
5. Tracking & Notifications

Once your order ships, we will send you an email with tracking information.

You can monitor the status and location of your shipment via carrier tracking.

It is important to provide an accurate delivery address to avoid misdelivery or delays.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or you miss delivery attempts, additional fees or redelivery charges may apply.
6. Risk of Loss / Title

The risk of loss or damage transfers to you once the package is handed to the carrier for delivery to your address.

However, we will assist with claims if damage or loss happens during shipping, provided you adhere to our damaged/defective item policy (see returns or support page).
7. Damages, Lost Shipments & Claims

If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and packaging immediately and contact us within 3 business days.

For items lost in transit, we will cooperate with the shipping carrier to trace and recover the shipment, or, if needed, issue a replacement or refund.

Please report lost or damaged shipments promptly so we can initiate claims.
8. Restrictions / Special Cases

Some regions or countries may have restrictions on importing certain goods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if prohibited by law or regulation.

For large, heavy, or oversized massage chairs, certain delivery locations may require additional handling or lift assistance. We will notify you if extra fees are required.

PO boxes may not always be supported for bulky items; a physical address may be required.
9. Delays & Force Majeure

While we strive to meet delivery estimates, external factors (customs, carrier issues, natural events, pandemics, strikes, etc.) may cause delays beyond our control.

In such cases, we will notify you and work to find alternatives or update you on expected timings.

We may update or modify this Shipping Policy occasionally. We will post the revised version here with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use and purchases after changes constitute your acceptance of the updated policy.
