Welcome to Valenzo. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services, and your purchase of any products (massage chairs) from us. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions & Interpretation

  • “We / Us / Our / Valenzo” means the company operating this store and offering the products.

  • “You / Customer / Buyer” means any person ordering or purchasing products from us.

  • “Products” means the massage chairs and related accessories sold via our website.

  • “Order” means a purchase request you place through our website.

  • “Website” means our online store and all content, features, and functionality available therein.

2. Applicability

These Terms apply to all orders you place with Valenzo. Any variation or additional terms must be agreed in writing. You confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts when making purchases from us.

3. Order, Acceptance & Contract Formation

  1. When you place an Order, you offer to purchase Products from us under these Terms.

  2. We may accept or decline your Order at our discretion (e.g. stock unavailability, payment issues).

  3. A contract is formed when we dispatch your Order (i.e. send a confirmation of shipment).

  4. If we decline your Order, we will notify you and refund any payment made.

4. Prices & Payment

  • Prices for Products are as displayed on the Website at the time you submit your Order.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time prior to accepting your Order.

  • All payments must be made via the payment methods offered at checkout.

  • You warrant to us that you are authorized to use the payment method you choose.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship Products worldwide per our Shipping Policy (please refer to that page for details).

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; delays may occur due to customs, force majeure, or carrier delays.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the carrier delivers the Product to the address you provided.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • We accept returns under our Return Policy (see that page for full details).

  • You must comply with those procedures when returning Products.

  • Refunds or exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by us.

7. Warranty & Defects

  • We provide any statutory guarantee or warranty required by applicable law.

  • In addition, we may offer an extended warranty (as stated in product descriptions) — provided that you comply with all usage and maintenance instructions.

  • Claims for defects must be made within a reasonable time after discovery, and you must provide proof (e.g. photos) when requested.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Website (logos, text, images, designs, layout) is our intellectual property or used with permission.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, Valenzo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits) arising from or related to your use of Products or the Website.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Product giving rise to the claim.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for any liability which cannot legally be limited or excluded.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations if caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, government acts, or interruptions in transport or communications.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on the Website with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Website or purchase of Products after changes constitutes acceptance of those new Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
